Exchange Policy
We offer a no-questions-asked 5-day exchange policy. You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.
To be eligible, the item must be:

In its original condition (unworn, unused)

With tags attached

In original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
To request an exchange:

Log in to your account

Navigate to the Orders section

Select Returns/Exchanges

Fill in the required details and choose the item to exchange
Once submitted, we will arrange pick up for the exchange at no cost to you. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch the replacement, provided it meets our return conditions.
Please note that only once is an item eligible for exchange.

Damaged or Defective Products
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
To process such claims, we require:

An unboxing/opening video clearly showing the issue
After our team investigates, we will:

Refund Policy
We offer a no-questions-asked refund policy within 5 days of delivery. To initiate a refund:

Submit an opening/unboxing video showing the product condition
Refunds will be issued only after verification. Once approved, the amount will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, contact us at support@thetimbertribe.com.
