The Timber Tribe is committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. We offer shipping across India and strive to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. Please review the details of our shipping policy below.
2. SHIPPING CHARGES

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

Flat fee of Rs 100 for all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
3. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.
4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Metro Cities: 3-5 business days

Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5-7 business days

Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

During festive seasons, sales, or unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may take longer than usual.
5. SHIPPING PARTNERS & TRACKING
We work with trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, Ekart, and India Post to ensure timely and secure deliveries. You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email or SMS.
6. ADDRESS CHANGES & DELIVERY ISSUES

Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping details while placing an order.

If you need to modify your address, please contact us at support@thetimbertribe.com before we have dispatched your order.

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

In case of non-delivery due to customer unavailability, our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. After failed attempts, the order will be returned to us.
7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are working on expanding our reach and will update this policy accordingly.
8. DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

If you receive a damaged package, please refuse delivery and inform us immediately.

If you find any item missing or damaged after receiving the package, email us at support@thetimbertribe.com within 24 hours with photos, videos and order details.
9. ORDER CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
